| Description:

Lion Hill Green Tea is grown on the Lion Hill Mountains in the West Lake area of Zhejian Province in China and is a predecessor of Dragon’s Well. These leaves are picked from the the very first tender spring shoots that are grown early in the season. The flat, smooth olive-green leaves resemble pine needles that brew a tea with a subtle fragrant scent and nutty notes.
Steeping Instruction: Use about 2 teaspoon full of tea leaves (0.1 oz) for about every 5 ounces of water (160-180°F) A steeping time of about 3-5 minutes with more or less time is recommended depending on the desired concentration. The hotter the water or the greater the amount of leaves used, the shorter the steeping time should be. A steeping ceramic cup or covered cup is recommended for steeping in order to appreciate the tea leaves.
