Steeping Instruction:
Brew 1 teaspoon full of tea leaves in 4 ounces of spring water (175-185????F) for 2 minutes. Can be reinfused several times by gradually increasing infusion time and water temperature.
This tea may be best served gong fu style with a small Yixing clay teapot. Fill a pre-warmed pot 1/4 to 1/2 full with tea leaves and cover with hot water (175-185????F) and leave to infuse for 1 to 2 minutes.
