If you have not used the product and would like to return or exchange the product for a different size or model, please call us at 866-238-1688. You must receive a RMA prior to shipping the unit back to us. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. You are responsible for the shipping charges and must have the package insured with a traceable carrier. If you would like to exchange a unit for another, you must ship the item back to us prepaid and insured. Please call customer service at 866-238-1688 to arrange this. Defective product ? it is rare to receive a Zojirushi product that is defective and we will work with you to get it repaired. In most cases, the wrong setting on the unit was selected (brown rice setting for white rice or vice versa). If you have questions about using the product please contact Zojirushi directly at 866-238-1688. It is Zojirushi's policy to either repair or replace a product at their discretion. If you think the product you received is defective, we will work with you to send the product back to Zojirushi for testing purposes which usually takes about 1 week after receiving the item. If the item is defective, we will promptly replace the unit for you. |
