A famous green tea from the Jiangsi province of China. It is distinguished by its stout, thick leaves covered with fine white down. It produces a sweet taste and refreshing fragrance, and is considered to be among China's ten most prized teas.
Steeping Instruction:
Use about 2 teaspoon full of tea leaves (0.1 oz) for about every 5 ounces of water (160-180??F)
A steeping time of about 3-5 minutes with more or less time is recommended depending on the desired taste.
A Yixing teapot or a Gaiwan is recommended to brew the premium tea. Using any of these vessels will help the leave unfurl and achieve the best taste.
